So, I read the offer carefully and it seems to be legit. I.e. not a scam or worse! I have replied positively and requested a copy of a sample contract to see what is involved and ‘how it works’. Let’s see how fast that contract is sent!

I am getting fed up of the waiting! Convention says you do not query all your list of agents at the same time, as I said before, but querying too few would take forever. Maybe I will add 50% to my query list to speed things up a bit
