I put the names on hold because I had a good idea for inside chapter 2, even though I am still working on chapter 1.
Luckily I have the book layout – it’s not really an outline in that sense – more a set of events etc. that hopefully will appear somewhere in the book. Doing it this way lets me type in ideas ahead of where I am, then flesh them out or discard them later.
