Well… the focus for my writing for the most recent of the 78,000 words has been on Jamie and planning murders. The Merriman family and the police have been ‘ticking along ‘ in the background. All that’s changing, now.
Tonnick has woken up! well, a development on the continent has spurred him to follow up on other things and for the first time, Jamie is one of many ‘persons of interest’.
The various police departments in Spain, France, Switzerland and the UK begin to re-coordinate the information so far gathered and realised there were a couple of gaps. The result was..the finger pointing towards someone in the UK and someone who knew the Merriman family.
For the first time, Jamie finds herself in the police station, being grilled by DI Tonnick, who believes someone in the house knows more than they are letting on.
The noose slowly begins to tighten…!
